Takashi Murakami at the Château of Versailles

Japanese Pop Artist Takashi Murakami delights his followers with more of his trademark Manga inspired sculptures which opened earlier this week at the Chateau of Versailles. 22 works by Murakami are spread over 15 rooms and gardens of the estate.

True to form, French protesters are incensed about some of the work, including an anime inspired girl jumping rope with her own breast milk and cowboy using his ejaculate as a lasso!! Though art critics are wondering why protesters are furious when these pieces from the series do not feature in the Versailles show…
