IGNCA, New Delhi

The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) was established in 1987 as an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Culture, as a centre for research, academic pursuit and dissemination in the field of the arts. The IGNCA encompass a wide range of subjects – from archaeology and anthropology to the visual and performing arts, enveloping them in a complementary and non-demarcated vision. For further details, please visit the website.

Eka has worked with IGNCA to research and curate “Raja Deen Dayal: The Studio Archives from the IGNCA Collection”, on the life and work of Raja Deen Dayal. We have conceptualised and created content for this exhibition, and worked with Vivek Sahni Design to implement it. Content for the accompanying catalogue has also been created by Eka with design provided by Vivek Sahni Design.
