The Way of The Masters: The Great Artists of India 1100-1900 is an exhibition cnceptualised by the Museum Reitberg, Zurich. The exhibition which showcases 400 years of Indian painting, spread over masterpieces by more than 40 artists is now travelling to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. The City Palace Museum Udaipur has contributed by loaning from their extensive collection of paintings. Artists, whose work the City Palace loaned for the exhibition include Tara and his sons Shivlal and Mohanlal.
