In the past couple of years, West Bengal, and especially, the city of Kolkata has been up in furore, several times, for more than several reasons. The trend continues, but this time the brouhaha is of a somewhat different comportment. The newly sworn in Chief Minister of the state has signed of the ambitious Kolkata Museum of Modern Art, a project that has been in the pipeline since 2003.
