Kanika Pruthi is associated with Eka as a researcher for our projects in Patiala, Punjab – the Durbar Hall (Qila Mubarak), and the Sheesh Mahal Museum and Art Gallery. She holds a Master’s degree in Art History from the National Museum, Delhi. Kanika has served in various capacities in art galleries, auction houses, design studios, and government institutions like the ICCR and the National Museum. She is currently pursuing her M.Phil in Visual Studies from the School of Arts and Aesthetics at Jawaharlal Nehru University where her dissertation explores Gandhara art with a special focus on hero cults, their iconography, and ritualistic context. Her larger area of interest includes arts from the Punjab.
